“Board” means the Environmental Health Registration Board, established within the Health Licensing Office.

There is established within the Health Licensing Office the Environmental Health Registration Board to consist of seven members to be appointed by the Governor.
The members of the Environmental Health Registration Board appointed by the Governor shall be appointed from among the residents of this state and shall have the following qualifications and terms of office:
