Licensees under this chapter shall observe and are subject to all state, county and municipal laws and regulations relating to public health.
Licensees under this chapter are authorized to sign reports of live birth and death. Reports signed under this section shall be accepted as fulfilling all the requirements of the laws of this state dealing with such reports.
