Chapter 685 — Naturopathic Physicians

ORS 685.115 Confidential information; liability of person providing information

(1)

Any information that the Oregon Board of Naturopathic Medicine obtains under ORS 685.225 is confidential as provided under ORS 676.175.

(2)

Any person who in good faith provides information to the board is not subject to an action for civil damages as a result thereof.
