Chapter 1 — Courts and Judicial Officers Generally

ORS 1.305 Commencement of judicial term of office

The term of office of a judge of the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, the Oregon Tax Court, or of any circuit court shall begin on the first Monday in January following the election of the judge.
