Chapter 10 — Juries

ORS 10.025 Rules for use of electronic transmission and electronic signature on documents

(1)

The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court may make rules for the use of electronic transmission and electronic signature on documents transmitted to or from a circuit court under this chapter.

(2)

ORS 84.072 does not apply to rules adopted under this section.
