ORS 109.189 Admissibility of results of genetic testing
A party may object to the admission of a report described in subsection (1) of this section, not later than 14 days after the party receives the report. The party shall cite specific grounds for exclusion.
A party that objects to the results of the genetic testing may call a genetic testing expert to testify in person or by another method approved by the court. Unless the court orders otherwise, the party offering the testimony bears the expense for the expert testifying.
Admissibility of a report of genetic testing is not affected by whether the testing was performed:
Voluntarily or under an order of the court or the administrator; or
Before, on or after commencement of the proceeding.
