Chapter 124 — Abuse Prevention and Reporting; Civil Action for Abuse

ORS 124.040 Short title

ORS 124.005 to 124.040 shall be known and may be cited as the “Elderly Persons and Persons With Disabilities Abuse Prevention Act.”
