ORS 125.242 Exemptions for financial institutions and trust companies

ORS 125.221

and 125.240 do not apply to a financial institution, as defined in ORS 706.008, a trust company, as defined in ORS 706.008, or the Oregon Public Guardian and Conservator in proceedings under ORS 125.675 to 125.691.
