Chapter 125 — Protective Proceedings

ORS 125.817 Exclusive basis

ORS 125.815 to 125.835 provide the exclusive jurisdictional basis for a court of this state to appoint a guardian or issue a conservatorship order for an adult under ORS 125.800 to 125.852.
