Chapter 131A — Civil Forfeiture

ORS 131A.355 Intergovernmental agreements

A forfeiting agency shall distribute forfeiture proceeds equitably. Distribution of forfeiture proceeds may be made pursuant to intergovernmental agreement under ORS chapter 190. An intergovernmental agreement providing for the distribution of forfeiture proceeds may not provide for a distribution that violates section 10, Article XV of the Oregon Constitution.
