ORS 131A.405 Liability of seizing agencies, forfeiting agencies and forfeiture counsel

The immunity provided by this section extends to all officers, employees and agents of seizing agencies, forfeiting agencies and forfeiture counsel.
Nothing in this section affects any liability that may be imposed under the provisions of section 10 (14), Article XV of the Oregon Constitution.
