Chapter 144 — Parole; Post-Prison Supervision; Work Release; Executive Clemency; Standards for Prison Terms and Parole; Presentence Reports

ORS 144.346 Parole revocation sanctions; rules

The State Board of Parole and Post- Prison Supervision shall adopt rules to establish parole revocation sanctions for parole violations committed on or after November 1, 1989.
