Chapter 180 — Attorney General; Department of Justice

ORS 180.420 Document retention period

A tobacco product manufacturer that certifies to the Attorney General as required by ORS 180.410 and 180.415 shall retain all invoices and documentation of sales and other information relied upon for the certifications for a period of five years.
