Chapter 192 — Records; Public Reports and Meetings
ORS 192.598 Disclosure under search warrant
A financial institution may disclose financial records of a customer to a state or local agency, and a state or local agency may request and receive such records, pursuant to a lawful search warrant, as provided in this section.
The content of the search warrant shall conform to the requirements of ORS 133.565.
The state or local agency seeking financial records shall make personal service of the search warrant upon the financial institution in the manner provided by law for service of a subpoena.
Disclosure of financial records may occur as soon as the warrant is served upon the financial institution.
