Chapter 197A — Land Use Planning: Housing and Urbanization

ORS 197A.820 Housing Accountability and Production Office Fund

(1)

The Housing Accountability and Production Office Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund.

(2)

The Housing Accountability and Production Office Fund consists of moneys appropriated, allocated, deposited or transferred to the fund by the Legislative Assembly or otherwise.

(3)

Interest earned by the fund shall be credited to the fund.

(4)

Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the Department of Land Conservation and Development to administer the fund, to operate the Housing Accountability and Production Office and to implement ORS 197A.800 to 197A.820.
