Chapter 20 — Attorney Fees; Costs and Disbursements

ORS 20.330 Costs and disbursements in cases of original jurisdiction

Litigants shall recover their costs and disbursements in cases of original jurisdiction in the Supreme Court, the same as provided in cases on appeal.
