ORS 201.005 “Boundary of the state” defined

As used in this chapter, “boundary of the state” or similar words means the boundary of Oregon described in section 1 of the Act of Congress admitting Oregon into the union, approved February 14, 1859 (11 Stat. 383), as modified by the Oregon- Washington Columbia River Boundary Compact set forth in ORS 186.520.
