Chapter 201 — Boundaries of Counties

ORS 201.105 Land transferred to Douglas County

That portion of Coos County which constitutes the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section 36, township 28 south, range 9 west of the Willamette Meridian is transferred to and made a part of Douglas County.

Note: 201.105 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 201 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
