Chapter 202 — Establishment of New Counties; Change of Boundaries

ORS 202.130 State laws to govern county court

In all matters not specially provided for in this chapter, the county court appointed as provided in ORS 202.100 shall be governed by the laws of this state then existing in relation to counties.
