ORS 21.025 Motion fees in appellate courts; exceptions
In any appeal or petition for review subject to a fee under ORS 21.010, a $53 fee must be paid by the party filing one of the following motions and by the party responding to the motion:
A motion to dismiss filed by a respondent.
A motion to determine jurisdiction.
A motion for continuance.
A motion for an extension of time for the filing of a brief or other document in the proceeding.
The fees provided for in this section may not be collected from the state, a county, a city or a school district.
