Chapter 215 — County Land Use Planning; Resource Lands

ORS 215.606 Standards for clustered mailboxes in county roads and rights-of-way

Each county in this state shall adopt standards and specifications for clustered mailboxes within the boundaries of county roads and rights-of-way that conform to the standards and specifications for such mailboxes contained in the State of Oregon Structural Specialty Code.

Note: 215.606 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 215 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
