Chapter 226 — City Parks, Memorials and Cemeteries

ORS 226.990 Penalties

Violation of ORS 226.190 is punishable, upon conviction, in the same manner and to the same extent as for a crime defined in ORS 164.043, 164.045, 164.055 and 164.057.
