Chapter 227 — City Planning and Zoning

ORS 227.020 Authority to create planning commission

(1)

A city may create a planning commission for the city and provide for its organization and operations.

(2)

This section shall be liberally construed and shall include the authority to create a joint planning commission and to utilize an intergovernmental agency for planning as authorized by ORS 190.003 to 190.130.
