Chapter 249 — CANDIDATES; RECALL
ORS 249.076 Qualifications of signers of petitions
A person who is not a member of the same major political party as the candidate for nomination by the major political party may not sign the nominating petition of the candidate.
Any elector may sign:
A nominating petition or certificate of nomination of any candidate for nonpartisan office;
A nominating petition or certificate of nomination of any nonaffiliated candidate; and
Nominating petitions or certificates of nomination for more than one candidate for the same office.
