Chapter 25 — Child Support Services

ORS 25.011 “Address” defined

As used in ORS chapters 25, 106, 107, 108, 109 and 110, when a person is required to provide an address, “address” means a residence, mailing or contact address in the same state as the person’s home.

Note: 25.011 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 25 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
