Chapter 266 — Park and Recreation Districts

ORS 266.310 Officers of district; qualifications

(1)

The officers of the district shall be a board of three or five members, to be elected by the electors of the district, and a secretary, to be appointed by the board.

(2)

Every elector of a district is qualified to be a member of the board or officer of the district.
