Chapter 267 — Mass Transit Districts; Transportation Districts

ORS 267.145 General manager’s attendance at board meetings; pro tempore manager

(1)

The general manager shall attend the meetings of the board and may participate in its deliberations, but has no vote.

(2)

The board may appoint a general manager pro tempore during the absence or disability of the general manager.
