Chapter 271 — USE OF PUBLIC LANDS; EASEMENTS

ORS 271.795 Construction of Act

ORS 271.715 to 271.795 shall be applied and construed to effectuate the general purpose to make uniform the laws with respect to the subject of ORS 271.715 to 271.795 among states enacting it.
