Chapter 278 — —

ORS 278.210 State has rights and duties of insurer

The state shall have all of the rights and obligations of an insurer provided in ORS 742.500 to 742.542 and 742.560 to 742.572 as to any certificate issued pursuant to ORS 278.205.
