Chapter 283 — Interagency Services
ORS 283.095 Authority for state agency to enter into financing agreement
As used in this section:
“Financing agreement” has the meaning given that term in ORS 283.085.
“State agency” has the meaning given that term in ORS 283.089.
If authorized by a provision of law other than ORS 283.085 to 283.092, a state agency may enter into a financing agreement with a principal amount of $100,000 or less.
Notwithstanding any authority in a provision of law other than ORS 283.085 to 283.092, a state agency may not enter into a financing agreement in an amount that exceeds $100,000.
