Chapter 289 — Oregon Facilities Financing

ORS 289.105 Official action to undertake project

The undertaking of any eligible project must be requested by official action of the participating institution taken at a regular or duly called special meeting thereof by the affirmative vote of a majority of the members of the institution’s board of directors.
