Chapter 294 — County and Municipal Financial Administration

ORS 294.755 Payment on quarterly basis; remedies for collection

Political subdivisions electing to participate in the Local Government Employer Benefit Trust Fund shall pay into the fund on a quarterly basis and are subject to all remedies for the collection of delinquent taxes provided in ORS chapter 657.
