Chapter 30 — Actions and Suits in Particular Cases

ORS 30.940 Effect on other remedies

The provisions of ORS 30.930 to 30.947 shall not impair the right of any person or governmental body to pursue any remedy authorized by law that concerns matters other than a nuisance or trespass.
