Chapter 308 — Assessment of Property for Taxation

ORS 308.065 Administering of oaths by assessors and deputies

The county assessor and deputies may administer any oath authorized by law to be taken or made relating to the assessment and taxation of property, to the same extent as any other officers are authorized to administer oaths.
