Chapter 311 — Collection of Property Taxes

ORS 311.506 Review of rate of interest by Legislative Assembly

During each odd-numbered year regular session, the Legislative Assembly shall review the rate of interest, as specified under ORS 311.505 (2) that is charged and collected on property taxes that are due and unpaid.
