Chapter 34 — Writs

ORS 34.410 Criminal offense by person having custody

If the person having such party in custody is brought before the court or judge as for a criminal offense, the person shall be examined, committed, released or discharged by the court or judge in like

manner as in other criminal cases of like nature.
