ORS 344.850 Reimbursements to Department of Human Services

All reimbursements to the Department of Human Services made by the Department of Consumer and Business Services in connection with rehabilitation services shall be deposited in the State Vocational Rehabilitation Account and be included in the biennial budget of the Department of Human Services.
