Chapter 350 — Statewide Coordination of Higher Education

ORS 350.790 Authority to take action to achieve ends of compact

The Higher Education Coordinating Commission, public universities listed in ORS 352.002, the Oregon Health and Science University and the Oregon members of the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education are authorized to take any action necessary to achieving the ends of the Western Regional Higher Education Compact.
