Chapter 354 — Educational Television and Radio; Distance Learning; Translator Districts

ORS 354.665 Board duties; rules

A district board shall:

(1)

Manage and conduct the affairs of the district.

(2)

Establish and maintain funds and accounts for the district.

(3)

Establish reasonable rules for the administration of the district.
