Chapter 357 — Libraries; State Archivist; Poet Laureate

ORS 357.281 Legal assistance

The district board may call upon the district attorney for the advice as to any district business. The district attorney shall give advice when called on therefor by the board. The board may at any time employ special counsel for any purpose.
