ORS 358.575 Commission membership
The voting members of the Oregon Heritage Commission shall be representatives of:
Heritage interests, including Indian tribes with federal recognition, that reflect the cultural and geographic diversity of this state; and
Heritage interests reflected in community institutions, libraries, museums, architecture, archaeology and historic preservation.
The advisory members of the commission shall be:
One member designated by the Director of the Department of Land Conservation and Development;
The State Librarian or a designee of the librarian;
One member designated by the Higher Education Coordinating Commission;
One member designated by the Oregon Tourism Commission;
One member designated by the Superintendent of Public Instruction;
The Executive Director of the Oregon Historical Society or a designee of the executive director;
The State Archivist or a designee of the archivist;
The Coordinator of the State Historical Records Advisory Board or a designee of the coordinator; and
The State Historic Preservation Officer or a designee of the officer.
