Chapter 383 — Tollways

ORS 383.055 Assessment and collection of unpaid tolls; rules

The Oregon Transportation Commission shall establish a process by rule for the assessment of unpaid tolls and the collection of civil penalties and administrative fees under ORS 383.035.
