Chapter 391 — Mass Transportation

ORS 391.301 Ratification of compact

The Legislative Assembly of the State of Oregon hereby adopts and ratifies the Columbia River Light Rail Transit Compact set forth in ORS 391.306, and the provisions of the compact are hereby declared to be the law of this state upon such compact becoming effective as provided in Article XXII of the compact.
