Chapter 40 — Evidence Code

ORS 40.070 Rules 201(c) and 201(d)

When mandatory or discretionary. (1) A court may take judicial notice, whether requested or not.

(2)

A court shall take judicial notice if requested by a party and supplied with the necessary information.
