Chapter 402 — Emergency Mutual Assistance Agreements

ORS 402.255 Citation

(1)

ORS 402.250 (1) may be cited as the Pacific Northwest Emergency Management Arrangement.

(2)

ORS 402.250 (2) may be cited as the Regional Emergency Management Advisory Committee Terms of Reference or as Annex A to the Pacific Northwest Emergency Management Arrangement.

(3)

ORS 402.250 (3) may be cited as the Pacific Northwest Emergency Management Arrangement Implementing Procedures or as Annex B to the Pacific Northwest Emergency Management Arrangement.
