Chapter 403 — Emergency Communications System; 2-1-1 System; Public Safety Communications Systems

ORS 403.465 Duties of State Chief Information Officer

In consultation with the State Interoperability Executive Council created in ORS 403.450, the State Chief Information Officer shall:

(1)

Facilitate decision making and planning for potential implementation of the FirstNet network; and

(2)

Make recommendations to the state agency responsible for administering federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, National Telecommunications and Information Administration.
