Chapter 412 — Temporary Assistance for Needy Families

ORS 412.011 Support service payments to prevent loss of employment

The Department of Human Services may provide support service payments, as prescribed by rule, for transportation, housing or other costs as necessary to prevent the loss of employment that will result in the family qualifying for temporary assistance for needy families program aid under ORS 412.006.

Note: 412.011 was added to and made a part of 412.001 to 412.161 by legislative action but was not added to any smaller series therein. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
