Chapter 414 — Medical Assistance

ORS 414.426 Payment of cost of medical care for institutionalized persons

The Oregon Health Authority is hereby authorized to pay the cost of care for patients in institutions operated under ORS 179.321 under the medical assistance program established by ORS chapter 414.
