Chapter 414 — Medical Assistance
ORS 414.765 Periodic surveys of pharmacists regarding costs of dispensing prescription drugs
Every three years, the Oregon Health Authority shall:
Conduct a survey of retail pharmacy providers that are enrolled as Medicaid providers in the state medical assistance program to determine the costs of the providers for dispensing prescription drugs; and
If the survey indicates a change is needed in the professional dispensing fee reimbursement, submit to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services a request for a state plan amendment to change the professional dispensing fee reimbursement, as provided in 42 C.F.R. 447.518(d).
