Chapter 420 — Youth Correction Facilities; Youth Care Centers

ORS 420.235 Return of rule violator or bad security risk to more secure youth correction facility

Any adjudicated youth who violates the rules and regulations relating to discipline of a camp or who appears to the Director of the Oregon Youth Authority to be a bad security risk may be returned to a more secure youth correction facility on order of the director.
